The form of application for a licence is laid down in the First Schedule and the licence shall be in the form prescribed in the Second Schedule. Where the Director orders any slaughterhouse closed in accordance with regulation 12 of the Meat Control (Slaughterhouse) Regulations, any licence issued in respect thereto shall cease to have effect.
