The text consists of 11 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions for environmental impact assessment (I); Classification of environmental impact assessment (II); Strategic environmental impact assessment (III). Four Annexes are enclosed: List of projects subject to environmental impact assessment (1); Criteria for preliminary assessment in specific cases (2); List of plans and programmes subject to strategic environmental impact assessment (3); Criteria for the preliminary assessment in specific cases within a strategic environmental impact assessment (5).
