Résumé

The present Act has been adopted to amend and supplement Act No. 317 of 21 June 1986 which regulates the procedure to be followed to provide information in the field of technical standards and regulations. Firstly, the title of the Act shall be substituted by the title referred to in article 1 hereto. Article 1 of Act No. 317 of 1986, containing several definitions, is replaced by the text laid down in article 2. Article 1-bis shall be inserted in order to better define the application scope. Further amendments modify certain technical aspects of the procedure in question.
