The Legislative Decree enters into force on 7 June 2006.

Résumé

This Legislative Decree establishes the penalties that shall be applied at the national level in case of violation of articles 18, 19 and 20 of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002, which sets out the principles and requirements of food law and food safety.
