Entry into force notes: The Legislative Decree entered into force on 13 May 2006.

Résumé: In compliance with Directive 2003/74/EC, this Decree prohibits the use in stockfarming of certain substances which have a hormonal or thyrostatic action and of beta-agonists. Drugs containing the substances hereby prohibited, however, may be used in animals for therapeutic purposes, under the conditions specified in article 4.
