Suppliers shall place on the market said material only if it meets the requirements on marketing, packaging and labelling. Further are set the provisions concerning the quality, cultivation method and registration requirements. Importers from third countries are required to ensure that propagating material affords equivalent guarantees in all respects to material produced in the Community. The responsible authority will control the application of the disposition of the Decree.
