The Legislative Decree entered into force on 19 June 2004.
Résumé

Pursuant to Council Directive 2001/112/EC, the present Legislative Decree lays down particular standards applicable to fruit juices and similar products intended for human consumption, as defined in Annex I. Juices and nectars obtained from raw materials other than fruit are not encompassed. Article 2 specifies the vitamins, minerals and other substances which may be added, whereas article 3 defines the treatments that shall be authorized. Article 6 establishes administrative sanctions.
