The health protection, in terms of this Law, shall include a principle of fairness and a system of social and individual measures, activities and procedures for: maintenance and promotion of health; prevention, early detection and eradication of diseases, injuries and other work; environment-related health disorders; timely and efficient treatment; and healthcare and rehabilitation.
