Résumé This Law regulates the establishment of cadastral data of real estate registered in the Real Estate Register of the Republic of Lithuania, their entry in the Real Estate Cadastre, the status of the Real Estate Cadastre, the establishment, management, reorganization and liquidation of this cadastre and the conditions, rights and responsibilities of surveyors. A real estate cadastre shall be established to collect data on the real estate cadastre and to provide official information on the data accumulated in the cadastre. Data entered in the Real Estate Cadastre shall be collected and stored in the database of the Real Estate Register. Immovable property shall be considered plot of land with the constructions located thereon and plots of land. Formation of the plots of land shall be completed after the registration thereof in the register of immovable property. The boundaries of the plots of land shall be established after cadastre measurement, mapping and placing of landmarks. The cadastral data of land plots shall be entered in the Real Estate Cadastre: (a) the name and code of the cadastral area, the code of the cadastral block, the number of the land plot in the block (cadastral number of the land plot), which is provided by the cadastral manager in accordance with the procedure established by the Cadastre Regulations; (b) a unique land plot number, which is provided by the manager in accordance with the procedure established by the Cadastre Regulations Cadastre; (c) purposeful land use; (d) land use methods; (e) area of the land plot; (f) composition of the land plot by type of land: agricultural land consisting of arable land, orchards, meadows and natural pastures; forest land; land occupied by waterbodies; other land consisting of plantations of trees and shrubs, wetlands, disturbed land and other unused land; (g) presence of land reclamation facilities and drained land; (h) assessment of agricultural land quality; (i) special land use conditions, if applicable; (j) data on protected area with objects of cultural heritage; (k) average market value of land plot; (l) acquisition price and acquisition date; (m) coordinates of the turning points and boundary markers of the boundaries of the land plot in the state coordinate system; (m) date of establishment of the cadastral data of the land plot; and (n) cadastral data established by legal acts.
