Résumé: In the Article 2, Article 19 and Article 33 of the Law on peasant farm the wording “court” is substituted with the wording “court of arbitration”. In the Article 9 of the Law on land reform the wording in legal form is substituted with the wording in the court of arbitration. In the Article 8 of the Law on priority provision of the agro-industrial complex with the material and technical resources the wording “State arbitration” is substituted with the wording “courts of arbitration of the Russian Federation”.
