The Law repeals the word ‘necessary’ from articles 7.0.7, 18.1.2 and 27.2.8. It makes minor changes in articles 8.1 and 8.2 regarding the functioning of State Phytosanitary Control Service. The Law also adds Clause 5 to Article 8 stating that the State Phytosanitary Control Service is the executive authority of the drafting and issuance of the decisions and rules regarding the phytosanitary control. It further makes amendments in Article 9 regarding quarantine.The Law also makes changes in Article 10.0.2 setting forth provisions on natural and legal persons involved in production, processing, procurement, storage and sale of vegetable and plants; in Article 10.0.4 regarding the warehouses and other industrial buildings which are not consistent with the rules of hygiene and safety. It further makes minor changes in Article 12 on the duties and responsibilities of legal entities and individuals in the phytosanitary field; in Article 13 on phytosanitary measures. The Law finally makes minor amendments by changing some words or phrases in articles 30,34 and 36.
