The Law defines the following relevant terms: buyer; agrarian organisations; unfair commercial practices; perishable agricultural products and foodstuffs; agricultural products; public authority; consumer; force majeure, including: a) severe natural disaster, b) destruction of premises intended for the rearing of the animals, c) epizootic disease affecting livestock, d) plant diseases caused by adverse weather conditions, e) a major natural disaster or accident which significantly affected a fishing vessel or aquaculture facilities.
