Résumé The Land Registration Act 2002 makes provision about land registration and in particular provides for the appointment of the Chief Land Registrar. These Regulations make provision for the carrying out of the Chief Land Registrar's functions during any vacancy in that office. Regulation 2 makes provision for the appointment.
