Résumé The Act provides for developing, organizing and securing the entire area of the state of Schleswig-Holstein and its sub-areas in the framework of the Spatial Planning Act (ROG). The Act defines three regional planning rooms for the state of Schleswig-Holstein and declares the state planning authority. The Act provides for the state development plan and regional plans including the coastal sea for the spatial relationship between the parts of the country. Articles 14 & 15 define the planning procedure by considering the environmental impact assessment and objectives. The Act further refers to urban land-use planning, coordination of plans and measures, evaluation of development measures, spatial planning procedure and implementation, and adaptation to spatial planning goals. The Act further defines the organisational structure for State Planning Council, Spatial Planning Report, and Spatial Observation. Final Section refers to Central local system including central places, rural central towns and subcenters. The Act consists of 30 Article divided into 5 Sections.
