Regulations may deal with: (a) The examination of any area and the declaration, if needed, of it as a special area; (b) The regulation of pasture in a special area or the transferring of it to another area; (c) The regulation of land processing in a special area; (d) The regulation of extermination, land clearing and burning of any plantation or wild-plant in a special area; (e) The regulation of any work in a special area and its maintenance.
