Résumé This Act provides for the discipline of ownership of land, this include prohibition of fee farm grants, abolition of the fee tail, prohibition of leases for lives, among others. Part 3 regulates future interests in land and Part 4 and 5 respectively trust of land and variation of trust. Part 7 is on co-ownership. Part 9 is on contracts and conveyances. Part 10 mortgages.
