Résumé

The Presidents of the State Committee on Privatisation and of the State Committee on Land Policy and Land Survey decree to validate the Regulation. Territorial (local) divisions of the State Committee on Privatisation must forward quarterly the list of lots destined for privatisation to the territorial (local) divisions of the State Committee on Land Policy and Land Survey. Territorial (local) divisions of the State Committee on Land Policy and Land Survey within the terms imposed by Law must submit all the necessary documentation as regards the valuation of the plots of land, land lease for the lots destined for privatisation to the territorial (local) divisions of the State Committee on Privatisation. The document contain 3 Annexes.
