Résumé These Rules are setting the complete provisions related to the importation of birds, poultry and hatching eggs on the territory of Gibraltar. This text is stipulated in exercise of the powers conferred by the section 26 of the Animals and 2004/095 Birds Act, and all other enabling powers, and in order to further implement Regulation (EC) No 998/2003 of the European Parliament and the Council of 26 May 2003 on the animal health requirements applicable to the noncommercial movement of pet animals and amending Council Directive 92/65/EEC as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 592/2004 of 30 March 2004 amending Regulation (EC) No 998/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the lists of countries and territories.
