These Guidelines shall take effect immediately upon its publication in a newspaper of general circulation or in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

The Guidelines contains 16 Sections and provides for the intervening measures and recovery mechanism for Covid-19 in health and economy sectors in the society. The text outlines funding plans for the Covid-19 response and recovery; national government credit programs; tax incentives and fiscal assistance to producers and suppliers of critical goods; supporting the health care system and reinforcing its human resource; using digital technologies in rendering social protection programs; providing recovering interventions in transport sector; and other intervening measures for hazardous waste management, empowering the businesses, and identifying the responsibilities of government agencies and committees for implementation of this Order. The text contains 1 Schedule on indicative list of Bayanihan II supplementary Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
