Résumé

The present Regulations lay down rules governing plant health checks which must be carried out on certain plants, plant products and other objects imported from third countries, namely those listed in Part B of Annex V to Directive 2000/29/EC. The aim is to prevent the introduction and spread through the national territory of plant diseases.
