The Regulations establish exemptions, how collection system shall be established and operated in relation to Category A or Category B (Part IV) and Categories C and E (Part V). Part VII is education and promotion; Part VIII registration and Part IX auditing, reporting and record-keeping. “Category A” means any of the following types of materials: Non-refillable pressurized containers; Oil filters. “Category B” means any of the following types of materials: Antifreeze; Oil containers; Paints and coatings; Pesticides; Refillable pressurized containers.; Solvents. “Category C” means any of the following types of materials: Barometers; Thermometers; Thermostats. “Category D” means any of the following types of materials:. Fertilizers. “Category E” means any of the following types of materials: Refillable propane containers.
