In some areas shall be authorized traditional hunting for indigenous peoples and the communities thereof, and the hunting carried out by persons who do not belong to indigenous peoples, but permanently reside in the places of their traditional residence and traditional economic activities, for implementation of traditional rights with a view of preservation of their traditional way of life. It establishes authorized hunting periods and areas prohibited for hunting, in particular in areas of training and testing hunting dogs, and lists wild fauna species (game) authorized for hunting.
