Résumé: The Governor, for the purpose of conservation of precious species of aquatic biodiversity, including those recorded in the Red Book of Moscow Region, decrees to validate tariffs for calculation of damage caused by annihilation, fraudulent fishery or harvest of aquatic biodiversity in fishing reservoirs (rivers, lakes, ponds, sand pits, water reservoirs and their additional water bodies) of Moscow Region and to validate tariffs for calculation of damage caused by citizens, legal persons and stateless persons by annihilation, fraudulent fishery and harvest of aquatic biodiversity recorded in the Red Book of Moscow Region.
