The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein such as, for example, “Corporation”, “designated area”, “Federal Act”, “fish”, “fish licensee”, etc. The Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation shall control the selling and buying of fish. The Corporation shall buy al fish lawfully fished by a fishing licensee and offered for sale to it. The Minister may designate an inspector or inspectors to ensure compliance with the provisions of the present Act and related regulations. The inspector may at any reasonable time: a) enter any place or premises that is being used to store fish for market or shipment; b) open any container found therein, or examine anything found therein that he believes contains any such fish; c) require any person to produce for inspection any books, shipping bills, etc. The text consists of 13 sections.
