Senior forest officers shall be provided with a distinctive personal hammer mark (sect. 3). Trees and poles shall be marked with a distinctive mark for the identification of such trees and poles (sect. 4). No timber or other forest produce shall be removed from any forest area or woodlot without a transit pass in the form prescribed in the Third Schedule to these Orders.
