Résumé Section 2 (1) of the principal Act is amended by substituting or inserting new definitions. Amendments have been made to sections 67A, 67AB, 67C(1), 67D (1) and (2), 67DA, 67DB, 67E, 67F, 67G, 67H, 67I, 67K, 67M, 67Q, 67R(e) 67T and 67V dealing with the following: prohibition of harvesting, felling, exporting certain indigenous forest, milling indigenous timber; forests on specified Maori land to which sawmill controls apply; sustainable forest management plans and procedures for their approval; sustainable forest management permits; offences.
