Part II (national legislation) is amended by (a) by deleting the following statutory instruments: “Radiological Protection Act, 1991 (Ionising Radiation) Order, 2000)”; “European Communities (Food and Feed Hygiene) Regulations 2009”, and (b) by inserting after “European Union (Organic Farming) Regulations 2016” the following statutory instruments: “European Communities (Sustainable Use of Pesticides) Regulations 2012. Part III is amended by deleting various EU Regulations and adding others, among them, the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/466 of 30 March 2020 on temporary measures to contain risks to human, animal and plant health and animal welfare during certain serious disruptions of Member States’ control systems due to coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
