Part 2 regulates the executives organs, this includes power and duties. Part three, food safety and administration, requires that every food establishment who provides food for use by the public shall ensure its safety; the rigor of safety shall be based on the type and potential risk to human health. Food trade establishments shall be registered and food manufacturing, preparation, storage and transport in every food establishment shall complies with safety requirements. Food manufacturing must pass through quality control systems in every food establishment. Imported and exported food must meet safety standards. Quality standards are also established for food additive, supplements, fortification, irradiation and infant formula. Water safety is also regulated.
