The present Ordinance lays down comprehensive provisions relating to the protection against floods in the area of the Harbour City, in particular inhabited land and buildings shall be protected. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Building provisions (2); Running and maintenance provisions (3); Final provisions (4).
