Résumé These Regulations set out the returns that are required to be provided to the chief executive of the Ministry of Fisheries by commercial fishers and licensed fish receivers. Part 1 deals with the kinds of returns that must be provided. Regulations 4 to 16 set out the different kinds of returns, the persons who are required to provide them, and the times or periods by or for which they must be completed and provided. Part 2 deals with the inventory and audit of licensed fish receivers. Part 3 sets out provisions relating to returns. A person must provide separate returns for each vessel or method of fishing. Part 5 deals with offences and penalties. Schedule 1-3 provide for contents of audit report, forms, and for codes used in completing returns.
