Résumé These Regulations amend Schedule 1 of the Fisheries (Infringement Offences) Regulations, 2001 by revoking and substituting items that relate to regulation 5AA(2) of the Fisheries (Southland and Sub-Antarctic Areas Amateur Fishing) 1991. Furthermore, a new Schedule 3 shall be added which sets out the form of notice in respect of reminder notices for infringement offences.
