Résumé This Law is enacted for the purpose of preventing fire and reducing harm caused by fire hazards, safeguarding citizens' personal safety and citizens' property, and maintaining public security. The Law are divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Fire Prevention (II); Fire Protection Organizations (III); Fire Fighting and Rescuing (IV); Legal Responsibility (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
