Résumé The present Ordinance implements the Styria Plant Protection Law of 16 April 2002 (LGBl. No. 82/2002). The purpose of the present Ordinance is the control of fire-blight in Sytria. Article 8 establishes that affected plants or parts of plants shall be removed in accordance with the instructions of the competent authorities. If there is reasonable doubt that host plants that are in close proximity to infected plants are also affected, these are also to be removed and destroyed. The text consists of 14 articles.
