Résumé

Paragraph 4 of the Article 4 acquires a new wording: “Marine research in the continental shelf, fundamental or applied research and experimental activity conducted for such purpose aimed at obtaining knowledge on all aspects of natural processes ongoing on the sea ground and in its subsoil.” Part 2 of the Article 23 acquires a new wording: “The modalities of carrying out marine research, including the modalities of forwarding requests for carrying out marine research, are established by the Russian Government in accordance with international agreements and the present Federal Law.” In the Article 26 the word “request” must be substituted with the word “notification”. In the Article 29 the wording “within 45 days from the date of the receipt of the notification of proper objections”must be substituted with the wording “must communicate proper objections within 60 days from the date of the recipt of notification .”
