This Federal Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Résumé

Article 60 of the Federal Law No. 61-FZ “On circulation of medicines” shall be amended to add the following wording: “In conditions of an emergency situation and (or) at occurrence of risk of spreading of the disease representing danger to a wider public, and also in case if within thirty calendar days after decision-making by Government of the Russian Federation on carrying out of monitoring of retail prices for the medicines, which are not included in the list of vital and major medicines, in territories of subjects of the Russian Federation, is revealed growth of retail prices for the specified medicines on thirty percent and more, the Government of the Russian Federation shall have the right to establish maximum producer sale prices for the specified medicinal products, maximum wholesale markups and maximum retail markups to the actual producer sale prices for the specified medicinal products. The list of pharmaceutical products, not included in the list of essential and most important pharmaceutical products, and the procedure for its formation is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation”.
