Entry into force from the date of its official publication.
Résumé

The expression RSFSR in the title of the Law « On land charges », in paragraph 1 and in the article 22 is substituted with the words Russian Federation. Paragraph 2 of article 5 acquires a new wording that reads as follows: « Average land charges calculated per hectare of arable land for each region are applicable in accordance with Annex 1». Paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 6 acquire a new wording that read as follows: « Land charges for the plots of land within rural settlements and outside their boundaries allotted to the citizens for subsidiary small-holding, gardening, truck farming, live-stock farming, haymaking and pasture are collected from the total area of the plot of land in accordance with average land charges applicable to agricultural land in a given administrative district.
