Résumé This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the National Direction for Renewable Energies (DNER). This Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, which is an executive service of the Ministry of Energy and Waters. It is entitled to: design, promote, assess, implement and carry out follow-up on policies related to renewable energy sector. DNER is responsible to: design, propose and implement the policy on the development and exploitation of renewable energies, implementing its execution; to promote the diversification of the National energy, in particular through the efficient use of renewable energies; to participate in scientific research and technological actions related to renewable energies; assess, certify and monitor renewable energy technologies in order to preserve and protect environmental, quality and security patterns; licensing renewable energy infrastructures and maintain respective cadastre; etc. Texte intégral Portugais Site web www.legis-palop.org
