Regulation 36 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting new Regulations under the Heading: "Special Provisions Relating to Licences to Fish for Certain Highly Migratory Species" (Interpretation [36A]; Grant of licences authorizing fishing for highly migratory species of tuna [36B]; Conditions of highly migratory species licences [36c]; Limitation of application of certain regulations to highly migratory species licences [36d]).
