The Environmental Protection Agency and Quality and Qualifications Ireland shall be certification and attestation bodies for purposes of Regulation (EC) 307/2008. Quality and Qualifications Ireland shall also be the evaluation body for the purposes of - (a) Article 11 of Regulation 304/2008, and (b) Article 8 of Regulation 2067/2015 and together with the Agency be the attestation body for the purposes of Article 3 of Regulation 307/2008. New rules are provide for the recognition of certificate issued to individual or companies in Member State other than State and re-certification in relation to individuals or companies holding certificates issued in Member State other than State.
