Résumé

The Regulations, which cover the marketing and use of additives in feedingstuffs, consolidate existing legislation and implement additional amendments made to Council Directive 70/524/EEC. A person shall not manufacture, deliver, market etc. additives, premixtures, supplementary feedingstuffs or medicinal additives if the conditions set out in the present Regulations, and in particular those laid down in Schedules 1 to 3, are not met. Marketing of medicinal additives requires a licence (reg. 6). (44 regulations completed by four Schedules: Various requirements for labelling of feedingstuffs are included. Additives authorized in feedingstuffs and their conditions of use (1); Additives authorized in feedingstuffs and their conditions of use (2); Minimum conditions which must be fulfilled by manufacturers of the additives, premixtures and compound feedingstuffs referred to in Regulation 7 and intermediaries trading in these substances (3); Fees (4))
