These Rules shall come into operation on the date of this publication.

These Rules are setting the import and export, ownership, detention and removal related provisions as regards the equine animal species (such as horse, mare, gelding, pony, foal, colt, filly, stallion, ass or mule) on the territory of Gibraltar.
