In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to section 167(1) of the afore-mentioned Act concerning discharge of oil by vessels and requiring vessels to have an arrangement with a response organization and to have on board a declaration, in the form specified by the Minister that indicates the insurer. Section 2 of the Regulations lists classes of vessel prescribed for this purpose. The text consists of 5 sections.
