Résumé These Regulations, also for the purposes of transposing into the law of Gibraltar Directive 2006/118/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on the protection of groundwater against pollution and deterioration, are here setting the requirements for the implementation of related ground water pollution prevention provisions.
