Résumé The Act shall apply to all diseases included in provisions of Act No. 2 of 1968 prescribing measures against diseases affecting freshwater fish. The list of diseases may be modified by the Ministry of Agriculture. All authority vested by the Act in the "Department" shall be vested in the Department of Agriculture and Forestry.
