Résumé

This Order, made by the Management Authority, on the advice of the Scientific Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Endangered Species (Trade and Transport) Law, 2004, amends Part 1 of the Schedule listing threatened species listed in Appendix I,II and III to the Convention (including the naming of the columns), Part 2 on species which are indigenous to or occur naturally in the Islands and are listed in Appendix I to the Convention (including the naming of the columns), and Part 3 on species which are considered by the Scientific Authority to require strict regulation of their trade because of their potential threat to the survival, health, genetic integrity or viability of populations of any other species indigenous to or occurring naturally in the Islands (including notes).
