Landing of animals requires a licence of the Minister. Animals may, upon arrival in Jersey, be detained and quarantined Other measures concern vaccination, control of animals after landing, quarantine and detention, authorizations in relation with movement of animals, action in case of illegal landing or breach of quarantine, destruction of animals, and measures of enforcement.
