Résumé

This Order prescribes that 1 person shall not have a pig in his or her possession or under his or her control on a holding unless the holding has been assigned an Aujeszky’s disease health status and he or she has received written notice thereof from, or on behalf of, the Minister. A person may, however, have a pig in his or her possession or under his or her control on a holding that has not been assigned an Aujeszky’s disease health status until an Aujeszky’s disease health status category has been assigned to the holding. The Minister shall assign an Aujeszky’s disease health status specified in the Second Schedule to the holding. Tests shall be carried out every four months to maintain an assigned status.
