An applicant may make application for reconsideration and a reply shall be prepared by the Director. The applicant may refer in his application for a development plan or planning policy not referred to in previous representations. The applicant may answer the reply of the Director within thirty days from receipt of the reply. Where an applicant fails to reply, the application file shall be forwarded to the Authority or Commission and be put on the agenda of the Authority or Commission for determination within twelve weeks of receipt of the request for reconsideration.
