Résumé

These Regulations prescribe content of the Official Manual referred to in paragraph (c) of subarticle (2) of article 5 of the Development Planning Act. The Official manual shall contain legislation as specified, the structure plan and all subsidiary plans as in force, planning policies, instruments of delegation in the sense of subarticle (5) of article 5 of the Act, powers of control of the Authority pursuant to subarticle (5) of article 5, minor modifications approved and regulated in terms of article 28 of the Act, all scheduled property, conservation orders, emergency conservation orders, scheduled trees and tree preservation orders made in virtue of article 46, 47 and 48 of the Act and all other matters relevant to development control and planning in the opinion of the Authority.
