Résumé

This Decree declares applicable until further notice the Norwegian standard for materials specified in section 2 to all kinds of plants listed in section 2 which are offered for sale, imported or exported or sold for planting in parks, gardens or green areas. Control pursuant to the present Decree shall be carried out by the State Plant Inspection Office of the State Agricultural Supervision Agency (STIL). The Ministry of Agriculture may issue further rules regarding control. (7 sections)
